Refund & Cancellation Policy
At **Haasya Dental Care**, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an appointment and request a refund where applicable.
1. Cancellation by You
- You may cancel or reschedule an appointment **within 24 hours** before the scheduled time without penalty.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, we may charge a cancellation fee or disallow a refund, at our discretion.
- If you wish to cancel a booked treatment or service after it has begun, refunds may not be granted.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will only be processed if the cancellation request is made before the appointment begins, and strictly within the allowable cancellation window.
- If you have already made an online payment for the appointment and you cancel within the permitted window, refunds (if applicable) will usually be processed within **5 working days** via the original payment method.
- No refunds will be permitted once the treatment or consultation has commenced.
3. Rescheduling
If you notify us in advance (within at least 24 hours), we may allow you to reschedule instead of canceling — subject to availability.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Consultations and treatments already carried out will not be eligible for refunds.
5. Amendments to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this site. Continued use of services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
